Emaleigh Harper, Lead ECDT

Whitney Gregg
Emaleigh’s passion for working with kids brought her to Miracle Kids Success Academy. She loves watching children learn and grow. So much so, that she even spends her free time helping and teaching children at her church. When she isn’t working with kids, Emaleigh loves being outside, fishing, and spending time with her two nephews, family and boyfriend. If she could possess one super power, she would have the power to read minds because you never truly know what a person is thinking.

Kailey Luster, ECDS

Kailey is the Early Childhood Developmental Specialist in room 8. She graduated from Northeastern College with an Associate’s Degree and Arkansas State University, in 2012, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in education, social work and sociology. Kailey has also received training in Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP). She has developed a desire for igniting imaginations here at Miracle Kids Success Academy. It excites her to see children interacting positively, using nice manners and seeing the progress each child has made. She provides stability, structure and positive guidance to the classroom. In her free time, church is really important to her. She also enjoys being outdoors, shopping and cooking. She volunteers at church activities, including missions trips, and Down’s Syndrome Awareness events. She is also always willing to lend a helping hand with events attended by Miracle Kids, for which we are truly grateful!
Kailey Holt

Brittany Robinson, ECDS

Brittany obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arkansas State University in August, 2017. She had always loved working with children with special needs, which brought her to Miracle Kids. She is known for her acceptance, organizatinal skills and calm, easy-going manner with the kids she works with. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with family, being outside and cooking. If she could possess one super-human power, she said it would be the ability to read minds because she would love to know what goes on in kids’ heads!

Kathy Sullivan, ECDS

Kathy is the Early Childhood Developmental Specialist in Room 11. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2010. She has been employed with Miracle Kids Success Academy since October 2010 and has worked with many age groups. She is currently one of our preschool teachers. Kathy is known for her ability to prepare children for Kindergarten by teaching them structure, routines, and self-help skills. She loves the looks kids give her when they accomplish something; their excitement makes her happy. She is married with two children. In her spare time, Kathy likes to spend time with her family and going to the lake. Kathy has received training in Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP).

Hannah Walters, Lead ECDT

Kathy Sullivan
Hannah attended Arkansas State University and graduated in December 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Science and Health Professions. Working with children has always been a dream for Hannah, so Miracle Kids is the perfect place for her. She is passionate about teaching children and seeing them progress in life. In her free time, you can usually find Hannah outdoors enjoying the fresh air. If Hannah could have one super-human power, it would be the power to bring joy to everyone.

Jacquie Burke, ECDS

Jacquie is the Early Childhood Developmental Specialist in room 10. She has an Associate’s in Elementary Education, a Bachelor’s in Mid-Level Education, and a Master’s in Building Admin & Curriculum from the University of Central Arkansas.  Jacquie is married with two children. She enjoys making the children she works with feel loved and comfortable. When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, she tutors math up to college levels. If Jacquie could have one super-human power, it would be the ability to fly.
Courtney Sloan

Najel Byrd, Lead ECDT

Whitney Gregg
Najel earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Arkansas State University and has been working with children for 8 years. Najel is also a part of the Tri-State Mentoring for Young Men Program based out of West Helena. He is passionate about being able to have a positive impact on the children he gets to work with, his family, and the people he comes in contact with day to day. Being able to make kids smile and help them reach their goals is his favorite part of working with kids. If Najel could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to teleport.

Brittany is a Lead Early Childhood Developmental Specialist. She is married with two beautiful daughters. Brittany enjoys spending time with her children and family as well as being involved at her church. Three words that best describe her are kind, committed, and attentive. If she could possess one super-human power, it would be the ability to fly.

Courtney Sloan
Randa Browning is the ESCS in Room 9. In May of 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Arkansas State University. She has spent 8 years teaching in public schools but wanted pursue helping children with special needs.  She is trained in Dyslexia Therapy and has a Connections Certification. Randa and her husband David have 3 children who keep them busy. She is passionate about her family, church, and Cardinal baseball.
